Zeppet participated in “My Melody & Kuromi,” a stop-motion animation featuring Sanrio characters My Melody and Kuromi as the protagonists.
This Netflix original work was released to celebrate the anniversary year of My Melody’s 50th anniversary and Kuromi’s 20th anniversary, and has been streaming globally on Netflix since July 2025.
The work was directed by Tomoki Misato, known for “PUI PUI Molcar,” and won the Best Animation Award at the “8th Asian Academy Creative Awards 2025.” It was also nominated for the Television/Media Award at the “53rd Annie Awards.”
