For the wedding reception venue, a welcome figure of the beloved horse cherished by the couple was created upon their request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The figure was crafted to approximately 1\/6th the size of the actual horse, based on numerous provided photos and measurements. The mane was made using hair material, while other parts were sculpted to replicate the flow of the fur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The shape and color of each part were meticulously replicated, ensuring they reflect the unique characteristics of the horse, with constant confirmation from the client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

[1] Background of the order<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I had long wanted a figurine of my own horse and discovered Zepetto’s Clone Wanko and Shirokuma while searching for someone to create a custom figurine. The starting price of 3 million yen for Clone Wanko was beyond my budget, so I had given up.
\nHowever, upon deciding to marry and planning the ceremony and reception, I wanted to have a figurine of my horse at the venue.
\nConsidering my savings might not be sufficient, I discussed with my partner and parents. Knowing how much I wanted it, they agreed to help finance it, leading me to contact Zeppet.
\nThe kindness and reassurance provided in our email and inquiry exchanges were greatly appreciated.
\nInitially, I wanted a full-body fur figurine, but was informed via email about the technical difficulties in creating fur on a small-sized horse figure. The detailed explanation over the phone about these challenges and possible alternatives led us to a formal quote. After consulting with my family and partner, we decided to proceed.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first remote meeting with the person in charge of the creation was very pleasant. They carefully examined the numerous photos of the horse I sent and clearly explained what additional photos and videos were needed.
\nWhen I expressed difficulty visualizing the final size, they sent me a paper copy showing the approximate size of the figure, which was incredibly helpful.
\nDespite my quirky preferences and unclear explanations at times, their willingness to accommodate and understand was greatly valued.
\nVisiting Zeppet’s studio to check the prototype, even when I could only convey my thoughts through gestures, they understood and appreciated my input.\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n

[3] Comments on the completed product and delivery<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was given the option to have the figure shipped or to pick it up. It was packed in a very sturdy container, which also was given to me, useful for future transportation.
\nThe figure itself was exquisitely made, closely resembling the original horse, which delighted me immensely.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My requests and explanations might have been clumsy and demanding at times. Despite this, the team’s empathy and support until the end were truly heartwarming.
