Zeppet created the animal masks and special makeup for the 2026 new installment of Folktale Courtroom (\u6614\u8a71\u6cd5\u5ef7), a drama broadcast on NHK E-tele. The series stages modern court trials based on events from classic folktales. This new production is titled Shiga \u2014 “The Heavenly Hagoromo” Trial (\u6ecb\u8cc0\u30fb\u300c\u5929\u5973\u306e\u7fbd\u8863\u300d\u88c1\u5224).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This series has been broadcast irregularly since 2015 and is a beloved program that received the “International Children’s Jury Award” at the German international children’s media festival Prix Jeunesse 2016<\/em>. This new installment marks the first new production in five years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For Shiga \u2014 “The Heavenly Hagoromo” Trial<\/em>, Zeppet was responsible for the swan mask worn by a character in the drama, as well as the special makeup depicting wounds on the character Hikobee, played by actor Kenta Kiritani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
